Earlier, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) had expressed discontent over the delay in obtaining Indian visas for their team, prompting them to file a complaint with the International Cricket Council (ICC). The complaint underscored the need for equal treatment and emphasized ICC’s responsibilities toward the World Cup.
The 10-nation World Cup is set to kick off in Ahmedabad on October 5, with practice matches commencing this Friday. The tournament will culminate with the final on November 19 in Ahmedabad, while highly-anticipated matches, including India versus Pakistan, will add to the excitement of the cricketing extravaganza.
