Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, former Congress leaders, have officially launched the Congress campaign for the upcoming Telangana Assembly Elections, scheduled for November 30. The campaign kicks off with a visit to the sacred Ramappa temple in the presence of Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee President Revanth Reddy and other senior leaders.
Rahul’s Bus Tour and Priyanka’s Women’s Conference Mark Early Campaign Days
On the first day, the campaign focuses on a women’s conference in the Mulugu and Bhupalpally areas. The following days will see Rahul Gandhi embarking on a bus tour in Karimnagar and Nizamabad districts, as per Revanth Reddy’s statement. While Priyanka Gandhi is expected to return to Delhi after the women’s conference, Rahul Gandhi will continue his participation in various programs across the state.

This includes meetings with workers of Singareni Collieries, a state-run mining company, public meetings in Peddapalli, Karimnagar, and meetings with farmers in Jagtial, along with engagements in other locations such as Armoor and Nizamabad.
Meanwhile, the ruling Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) in Telangana has targeted the Congress party over the visit of Rahul and Priyanka Gandhi. Kavita, an MLC from BRS, criticized the Congress’s election-time promises, dubbing Rahul Gandhi “Election Gandhi.” Telangana’s Chief Minister and BRS President, K. Chandrashekhar Rao, has urged party candidates to connect with workers during their campaign for the assembly elections on November 30. He noted that most sitting MLAs have received party tickets for the elections.
