Core meeting of BSP on January 16
In addition to the birthday celebrations, BSP has outlined major plans for its future, which will unfold over the coming days. An important meeting is scheduled for January 16, where senior party officials will gather in Lucknow.
During this meeting, BSP will review several important initiatives, including the party’s membership campaign, expansion strategies and efforts to connect various sections of society with the party. The party’s core leadership will also focus on improving its cadre camps to strengthen the organizational structure.
A key part of the BSP’s agenda for the coming months will be its “Mission-2027”, which aims to position the party as a strong contender for the upcoming assembly elections in Uttar Pradesh. This campaign will kick off today on Mayawati’s birthday.
The first phase will include efforts to bring back former party leaders and activate the Bahujan Mukti Party (BAMCEF) once again. The goal is to rally these people back into the fold, re-energizing the party’s efforts for the upcoming elections. Sources indicate that the BSP’s election campaign could be fully ramped up by March 2025.
In addition to strategic planning, Mayawati’s birthday also holds significance for the BSP’s political future. During the celebrations, important political decisions will be made, including the party’s approach towards Milkipur by-election.
