Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Saturday praised the Union Budget presented by Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman and said that the same would help in fulfilling steps taken towards Viksit Bharat.
He added that while the country’s economy has developed under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, India will move further on the path on the path of further development through this Saturday’s budget.

“Under the vision of PM Modi, the finance minister has tabled the union budget 2025 today. This budget will take forward and fulfill the steps taken towards the Viksit Bharat. PM Modi has categorised this budget into four parts. Under the leadership of PM in the last 10 years, the economy has developed and with this budget, it will grow further,” news agency ANI quoted Yogi Adityanath as saying.

He added, “The middle class will get several benefits, which is a welcome step. It is an important step that in the next three years, all hospitals will be given cancer centres. A state like Uttar Pradesh will get the most benefit from this. The establishment of a Centre of Excellence in Artificial Intelligence near the Office of the Chief Minister will give global recognition to our youth.”
‘UP will benefit from Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojana’
Welcoming the Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojana for the farmers announced by the finance minister, he added, “ Uttar Pradesh will be the state with the maximum benefit of this scheme through the Kisan Credit Card. The announcement of increasing the limit of this credit card from three lakhs to five lakhs is also commendable.”
Noting that the budget would carry forward PM Modi’s vision for the country’s development, the Chief Minister expressed confidence that it would play an important role in taking India towards a five trillion dollar economy.
