New Delhi: There have been several incidents with the artists who perform on stage during concerts where fans misbehave or step on the stage. One such similar incident also happened at Sonu Nigam’s concert. While performing, a fan aggressively charged towards the singer but what Nigam did next won the hearts of the fans.
As the fan charged towards him, he quickly sidestepped and continued to perform without being interrupted. The singer was performing his popular song ‘Phir Milenge Chalte Chalte’ from the 2008 movie Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi.
What happened to the fan after the incident?
In the viral video, Sonu Nigam can be seen performing on stage at his concert when a man steps onto the stage and starts charging towards the singer aggressively. The singer sidestepped and the security grabbed him, took him down and then pulled him away from the stage. The man was also seen visibly being bashed by the security personnel. As security took care of a man trespassing at the concert, Sonu Nigam continued to enthral the audience with his melodious voice.

As soon as the clip surfaced on social media, many were impressed with Sonu Nigam’s reaction while others criticised the singer’s security team of resorting to bashing up the man. One user wrote that his respect for “cricket ground security and staff increased” after watching the video. Another commented, “That was absolutely amazing! How did Sonu avoid the guy and keep singing perfectly?? Legend for a reason!”

Meanwhile, on the work front, Sonu Nigam recently voiced Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 song ‘Ami Je Tomar’, featuring Vidya Balan and Madhuri Dixit. He also attended the music launch event of the film and performed song live with Shreya Ghoshal.
