According to a TMZ report, Liam Payne was intoxicated in the final hours of his death and allegedly “smashed his laptop”. An audio call of the 911 call from the hotel manager was aired on an Argentina news channel where the manager is heard saying that they have a guest who is on “drugs” and they need someone to come.
