Celebrating women’s achievements
In his Mann Ki Baat address, Modi praised the increasing participation of women in various fields and called for celebrating their strength and determination. He had made a similar gesture in 2020, giving control of his accounts to seven prominent women.

Promoting healthier lifestyle choices
To promote healthier habits, Modi urged people to reduce their oil consumption by 10%. He suggested challenging 10 others to do the same, creating a chain of healthier choices. The prime minister also shared audio messages from famous personalities, including Olympic gold medallist Neeraj Chopra, encouraging people to take steps against obesity.
Apart from that, Modi invited people to try “one day as a scientist” by visiting research labs or planetariums on National Science Day. He also advised students preparing for board exams to stay happy and stress-free, noting that the new format of Pariksha Pe Charcha has received positive feedback.
