New Delhi: Star Indian batter Virat Kohli arrived in Pune on Tuesday ahead of the second Test match against New Zealand beginning on October 24. Kohli joined his teammates, who had reached the city for the crucial game a day ahead on Monday. Team India would be aiming to win the upcoming game so as to keep the series alive after suffering a 8-wicket defeat in the opener.
Kohli returned to form to a certain extent as smashed a firm 70-run knock in the second innings after failing to show up in the first innings. The powerhouse of batting also completed the 9000-run mark in the longest format of the game. Kohli had directly flown to Mumbai to be with his family after the culmination of the first Test match in Bengaluru.
Virat Kohli in uber cool look
The star batter was spotted in an uber cool look at the Pune airport, wearing black sunglasses, a red cap and casual clothes. He quickly exited the premises to join his teammates at the hotel. He will be looking to put up a good show in the upcoming match and showcase his power in the longest format which he hasn’t been able to do since a long time.
