Haldwani: Many individuals have tragically lost their lives while creating mobile reels, risking their safety for social media content. A recent incident in Haldwani highlights this danger. A young man, attempting to make a reel while sitting on the door of a moving train, dropped his phone. In a desperate attempt to retrieve it, he jumped from the train, resulting in a broken hand. The police rushed him to Sushila Tiwari Hospital, but due to his severe injuries, he was referred to another facility.
Jumped from train after dropping the mobile
According to the police, Mohan Lal, a resident of Sitapur, Uttar Pradesh, had boarded the Sampark Kranti Express from Kathgodam railway station to go to Delhi with his wife and children. Meanwhile, his 22-year-old son Shivam Maurya was standing at the gate of the train and started making a reel, when his mobile fell from his hand. As soon as Shivam saw this, he jumped from the moving train for his mobile, injuring his limbs.
Police admitted this youth to base hospital
After receiving the information, the police reached the spot and admitted the youth to Base Hospital, from there he was sent to Sushila Tiwari Hospital, where he is undergoing treatment. Later, his family members also reached the spot. After which the family members took him with them to Sitapur, Uttar Pradesh. According to the doctors, his hand is fractured, while there are minor injuries. He has been referred on the request of the family members.
