Uttarakhand: Country must unite to protect Hindu brothers in Bangladesh; urges Baba Ramdev

Haridwar: Commenting over the atrocities over the Hindu community in Bangladesh, Yoga guru Ramdev, on Wednesday, said that the country has to stay united so that Hindus are not oppressed amid ongoing crisis in Bangladesh.

Certain factions aim to divide the country

Yoga guru Baba Ramdev, on Wednesday in Haridwar, expressed concern about the targeting of Hindus and Hindu temples in Bangladesh. He highlighted that certain factions within the country aim to divide the country based on reservation, caste, and religious fanaticism. Additionally, he cautioned against the rising threat of Islamic fundamentalism worldwide, emphasizing its potential danger for the nation. He said, “The way Islamic fundamentalism is increasing in the world is dangerous for the country”.

No cruelty should happen with Hindu brothers

Yoga Guru Baba Ramdev has emphasized that there should be no cruelty, oppression, or excesses against our Hindu brothers in Bangladesh. He calls for national unity to prevent any injustice towards them during this crisis. He also appealed to the people, “Let us stand together to ensure the safety and well-being of Hindus in Bangladesh”

The entire opposition is with the government

Baba Ramdev expressed satisfaction at witnessing unprecedented unity between the government and the opposition on this issue. He emphasized that this unity should be a consistent policy for India. Additionally, he criticized attempts to divide the nation based on reservation, caste, or religious fervour, emphasizing the need for cohesion and understanding

All these fanaticisms should be avoided

He also said that politics in India should be focused on issues beyond caste, constitution, reservation, different types of religious fanaticism, caste fanaticism, and all kinds of provincial fanaticism. If the whole country moves forward unitedly on this, then we will be able to stand strongly with our neighbours as well. He also emphasized that all these fanaticisms should be avoided and we all should think about making India the world’s economic, strategic, social, spiritual superpower by 2047.
