New Delhi: Telugu Titans will take on two-time champion Jaipur Pink Panthers in the Gachibowl Indoor Stadium, Hyderabad, on Tuesday, October 22. The Titans will be back after a two-day break. They won the season opener against Bengaluru Bulls comfortably. But in the next match, Titans were thrashed by Tamil Thalaivas by 29-44.
Arjun Deshwal led the Pink Panthers started their Pro Kabaddi League season 11 campaign on a solid note. They defeated Bengal Warriorz in their first match. Pink Panthers and Titans shared a competitive rivalry against each other. Both teams faced off 19 times in PKL, where Panthers emerged victorious on 10 occasion and Titans came out top eight times. One time the game ended in a tie.
In the night’s second match, UP Yoddhas will take on Bengaluru Bulls. Yoddhas will be playing back-to-back matches, they defeated Dabang Delhi yesterday in a low-score thriller. Yoddhas’ defense looked solid in their first game in season 11, it will be a fiery contest between Yoddha’s defense and Bulls raiders.
Bengaluru lost their first two matches in the PKL season 11. Bulls star raider Pardeep Narwal is yet to give an explosive performance. He just scored 10 points in two matches. Bulls will look to get their first win of the season.
Bulls had an upper hand on Yoddhas in the head-to-head record, both teams faced each other 15 times in PKL, where Bulls won nine times and Yoddhas were victorious in just six occasions.
