A tragic incident unfolded in Nagpur, Maharashtra, as a man lost his life following a dispute over car headlights with an SRPF jawan. The fatal altercation occurred in the Mata Mandir area of Nagpur City on Thursday night. Nikhil Gupta, a 30-year-old who had come to visit his sister in Nagpur, was parking his car when the vehicle’s headlight beam unintentionally struck 54-year-old local resident Muralidhar Ramraoji Neware.
SRPF Jawan’s Slap Leads to Tragic Death in Nagpur
According to the police, Neware politely requested Gupta to adjust the headlight beam, but this request angered SRPF jawan Nikhil Gupta. A heated argument ensued, during which Gupta slapped Neware with such force that he fell unconscious. Neware was rushed to the Government Medical College and Hospital but tragically succumbed to his injuries on Saturday. The police have registered a case against Nikhil Gupta under section 304, and bail is not available under this section.
