New Delhi: Abhinav Arora, the 10-year-old self-proclaimed spiritual influencer, has filed an FIR against YouTubers who have been harassing and trolling him online. Pankaj Arya, his lawyer, has confirmed the filing of the case and said that the next court hearing is scheduled for January 3, 2025. The case was filed in a Delhi court. It accuses many YouTubers of engaging in online trolling against the young influencer.
In a statement to the media after a court session, Arya said, “The legal proceedings are underway, and the next hearing will take place on January 3.” He also provided further details about the case, explaining that a group of individuals launched a campaign against Abhinav Arora due to his advocacy for Sanatana Dharma.
“We have taken this matter to court and we will pursue it aggressively, including potentially bringing it to the Supreme Court or the High Court if necessary. We are demanding that FIRs be filed against these YouTubers,” Arya said.

The legal action comes amidst rising concerns about the online trolling faced by the young influencer. Abhinav got popular for his spiritual content. He began his spiritual journey at the age of three and has been subjected to intense trolling, including personal attacks and criticism of his religious beliefs.
