New Delhi: The Shillong Teer is a lottery game organised in the northeastern state of Meghalaya. The game is played using arrows and is organised everyday. The results are announced in the evening. The winners are decided by the number of arrows they shoot at the desiganted target. The game is organised by the Khasi Hills Archery Association which has 12 archery clubs under its fold. It is organised at the Shillong Polo Stadium.
