This wedding card gained attention online not for its design but for mentioning a specific person. The wedding card banned a particular individual from attending the celebrations.
This unusual invitation mentions Rohit and Rajini from Bichpuri village in Uttar Pradesh’s Etah district as the groom and the bride. The wedding was happened in April 15 and the wedding card recently resurfaced online.
Rohit reportedly sent the wedding invite to his friends. It listed the names of invited friends – Upendra, Kamal, Imran, Rajesh and Dalveer, but added a warning for one person named Saurabh.
The card reads, “Note – Saurabh ko aana sakht mana hai. Kripya iski upstithi manya nahi hai. Jahan dikhe vaha se bhaga dein. (Saurabh’s entry is strictly prohibited. His presence is not acceptable. Wherever you see him, chase him away.)”
The card has sparked memes on social media, especially among people named Saurabh. Many tagged their friends named Saurabh, jokingly saying, “Look at the respect you have!” Some users even speculated if Rohit was marrying Saurabh’s ex.
