BJP’s membership drive
BJP’s nationwide membership drive, launched on September 2, is part of its broader effort to strengthen the party’s presence across the country. In Odisha alone, the party has set an ambitious target of adding one crore members. Last year, over 40 lakh people became members of the BJP in Odisha, and this year the goal has been significantly raised.
During the launch of the campaign, Prime Minister Modi renewed his own membership and encouraged BJP workers to make special efforts to connect with young people. He highlighted the importance of expanding the party’s work to meet the growing expectations of the people.
The membership drive is a crucial part of the BJP’s strategy as it prepares for upcoming elections. By connecting with a wide range of voters and expanding its grassroots reach, the party aims to strengthen its position across the country.
