New Delhi: The Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh, in its Samanvay Baithak discussed various issues starting from women’s safety, Wayanad landslides to the situation of Hindus in Bangladesh following the ongoing political crisis in the country. Several seminars which discussed ways to improve women security were also discussed here, said the organisation in a press release.
In the last 1 year women’s conferences were organised by the Sangh in all states and district headquarters. A total of 472 women’s conferences were held, they said. These meetings discussed Indian thinking on feminism, because the organisation felt that there have been no discussions on this issue.
West Bengal doctor’s rape and murder discussed
The RSS said that the baithak discussed the unfortunate rape and murder incident in West Bengal, where a young PG medical student was killed.
