New Delhi: The annual meeting of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh’s ‘All-India Executive Council’ will take place in Parham village near Mathura in the Braj region of western Uttar Pradesh on October 25 and 26 this year. RSS all-India publicity chief Sunil Ambekar provided information through a press release.
The meeting is traditionally held around these dates prior to Diwali. The All-India Executive Council includes the provincial and assistant provincial leaders, secretaries, and pracharaks from all 46 provinces of the Sangh.
The agenda of the meeting
The meeting will be attended by the revered Sarsanghchalak, Dr Mohan Bhagwat, general secretary Dattatreya Hosabale, along with all assistant general secretaries and other heads of national departments, as well as members of the executive committee.
There will be extensive discussions during the meeting regarding the important issues raised in the speech of the revered Sarsanghchalak on the auspicious occasion of Vijayadashami, along with plans for their follow-up. Current contemporary topics in the country will also be deliberated. A review of the annual plan established during the All-India Representative Assembly held in March 2024 and an update on the expansion of Sangh activities will be presented. Special discussions will focus on achieving the organisational goals set for the Sangh centenary by Vijayadashami 2025.

This is one of the four major annual meetings of the RSS. The others being Samanvay Baithak, Pratinidhi Sabha, and Prant Pracharak Baithak.
The Samanvay Baithak, typically held in August-September, aims to ensure coordination among the RSS and its affiliated organisations. The recent meeting in Palakkad included 230 delegates from 32 groups, alongside BJP leaders. The Akhil Bharatiya Pratinidhi Sabha (ABPS), usually held in March, is the RSS’s largest annual gathering, reviewing activities and setting goals, like opening 1 lakh shakhas by 2025. The July Baithak, held in mid-July, focuses on organisational issues and includes prant pracharaks. This year, it took place in Ranchi, Jharkhand, following previous meetings in Udhagamandalam.
