Alwar: RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat held an organisational meeting in Alwar on Monday. During the meeting, he held discussions with Sangh Pracharaks on several issues. He also took feedback from Pracharaks in two sessions during the day. With the centenary year of the Sangh coming close, Bhagwat also discussed ways to strengthen the organization further.
He visited Guru Govind Singh Vidyarthi Branch in the city’s Rajendra Nagar earlier in the day. On Tuesday, he will participate in the Sri Mahamrityunjay Mahayagya at the Balanath Ashram. Bhagwat will also plant saplings on the premises. He will leave for Delhi same day after a meeting.
Earlier on Sunday, he addressed the volunteers at the Indira Gandhi Sports Ground in Alwar. Addressing the event, Alwar said that a Hindu means the most generous human being in the world, someone who accepts everything.

The RSS chief also said that Hinduism is a human religion. “Hindu means the most generous human. A human who accepts everything. He has goodwill for everyone. He is a descendant of mighty ancestors. Hindu uses money for charity. He uses power to protect the weak,” he added.
‘Changes must be brought through social harmony’
Speaking further, Bhagwat added that change has to be brought to society through social harmony. Calling for the elimination of untouchability and discrimination, he observed that untouchability and discrimination increased due to forgetting their religion and indulging in selfishness. “We have to eradicate this. This work has to be done by changing the mindset of the society. Change has to be brought about through social harmony,” the RSS chief further said.
