New Delhi: Former Delhi Chief Minister and AAP National Convenor Arvind Kejriwal and his wife Sunita Kejriwal visited Tirupati Balaji temple on Thursday. The couple prayed at the temple and sought blessings.
Taking to X, Kejriwal wrote, “I visited Tirupati Balaji temple with my wife. I prayed for the well-being of all and the prosperity of our country and especially Delhi…”

Earlier, Arvind Kejriwal arrived in Tirumala with his family on Wednesday. From Hyderabad, he landed at Visakhapatnam’s Renigunta Airport, where he was accorded a warm welcome by AAP leaders and backers. A number of party workers, including women, gathered at the airport, holding garlands, banners and placards, and raised slogans in support of Kejriwal. The former Chief Minister travelled to Tirumala by road.
He visited Vaishno Devi in October
Before his visit to Tirupati temple, on October 21, Arvind Kejriwal visited Shri Mata Vaishno Devi, where he had darshan of the deity along with his family and offered prayers as well. Arvind Kejriwal had shared this information in a post on X. Besides, after being released from jail in connection with the Delhi liquor policy scam, he went with his wife to visit the Hanuman Temple in Connaught Place.
