Jharkhand: Addressing a large public rally in Garhwa, Prime Minister Narendra Modi outlined key promises and criticisms aimed at the ruling Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) coalition, emphasising the “need for a change in governance” ahead of the upcoming elections.
