OnePlus is all set to launch its next flagship model in just a few weeks. The OnePlus 13 is launching in China on December 31st, which will make it one of the first phones to be powered by the flagship Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. While the tech giant itself is constantly teasing the upcoming smartphone while sharing some key details, the leaks and rumours, on the other hand, have almost unboxed the OnePlus 13 and revealed the price too.

OnePlus 13: Everything That We Know So Far
OnePlus 13 unboxed video ahead of its launch which went viral on YouTube seems to show that the box will bring the new flagship OnePlus with a new design and smooth animations and UI. The box is tipped to be a similar red box to the iPhone 12. The new OnePlus 13 inside the box seems to come in a white shade with a big circular camera module at the back with a Hasselblad “H” logo alongside the camera island. One of the interesting things that the unboxing video showed is that the punch-hole camera into an i-shaped bar, just like the iPhone-like Dynamic Island-like notification bar. Apart from the white colour variant, it is expected to come in Obsidian Black and Blue Moment shades.
Talking about the specifications, the OnePlus 13 is tipped to be powered by a new Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset and tipped to run OxygenOS 15 based on Android 15. For photography, it may feature a triple camera setup headlined by a 50MP Sony LYT-808 camera with optical image support (OIS) along with a 50MP ultra-wide-angle camera and a 50MP periscope telephoto lens. For selfies, it is expected to continue with a 32MP front camera.
One of the crucial updates which may make it more powerful to run games for a longer time is the long battery life. Several leaks suggest that the OnePlus 13 may pack a large 6000mAh battery with 100W wired and 50W wireless charging.
OnePlus 13 Price (Expected)
Not just the specifications and features, the OnePlus 13 price is also part of the rumour mill! While the official price is still intact with OnePlus, a tipster (@TechHome100) on X suggests that it could be priced at CNY 4,699. It must be noted that the OnePlus 12 was launched at CNY 4,299 last year, which means the OnePlus is making the new flagship costlier than before if the leak comes true.
However, we still need to wait for the official confirmation on the day of the launch which is scheduled for October 31 at 4:00 PM CST.
OnePlus 13 Launch In India
While the launch of the OnePlus 13 in China is just a few days away which is earlier than expected based on the OnePLus 12 launch last year, Indian fans are equally excited about it. When will it hit the Indian markets is still unsure. While tracking the past trends, it is expected that the OnePlus 13 may launch in India in January 2025.
