New Delhi: Comedian Kunal Kamra and Ola CEO Bhavish Aggarwal have been engaged in a fierce social media battle for some time now. Recently, Kamra said that he was ready to accept Aggarwal’s job offer but with a couple of conditions. The comedian’s latest post garnered the attention of netizens.
In his latest post, Kamra said that he has no “choice” but to accept Aggarwal’s job offer. He wrote, “After being tagged thousands of times I anyway feel like I am an OLA employee.” Further, he claimed that he would come to work for the organisation if they committed to a list of action plans. Firstly, he stated that OLA should stay focused on putting an end to their service crisis. Secondly, he said the company should finish all repair work for scooters within seven days of receiving the complaint. In case the repair work takes a longer period, the customer should be given a replacement or paid a reimbursement of Rs 500 until work completion. Lastly, he demanded that all OLA electric scooter buyers should be sold with two insurances— one for the scooter and a free one for their services.

Netizens were impressed with Kamra’s conditions. They said he should join them as “Chief Complaint Officer”. One wrote, “Finally, Ola has someone doing their job for them.” Another commented, “This is how you create employment for yourself, well done Kunal.” Meanwhile, some were busy mocking the comedian.
Kamra’s response comes after Aggarwal posted, “Since you care so much Kunal Kamra, come and help us out! I’ll even pay more than you earned for this paid tweet or from your failed comedy career….” The comedian had previously shared a picture of a large number of electric scooters parked outside an OLA service centre and asked, “Do Indian consumers have a voice? Do they deserve this?”
