Mumbai: The Election Commission is all set to announce the Assembly Election Results for Maharashtra a on November 23, along with that of Jharkhand. The one-phase election was earlier held in Maharashtra on June 20. Counting will be held for all 288 seats.
According to the Commission, nearly 68 percent of people exercised their voting rights on November 20. The direct contest is between the alliance of Maha Vikas Agadhi (MVA) and Mahayuti. Before the elections, the state witnessed strong campaigns by both alliances, with PM Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah, and Congress leader Rahul Gandhi campaigning for their parties and alliances.

Viewers can check the results of both Assembly Elections on the commission’s official website, https://eci.gov.in/. They can also watch the results on various news websites across the country, including TV9 Hindi and this website.
Regional channels’ results can be followed on the news websites of TV9 Marathi, TV9 Kannada, TV9 Tamil, and TV9 Bangla, among others. People can also check the YouTube channels of various websites, including the TV9 Network.
Apart from websites and YouTube channels, viewers can also check results on news channels including TV9 Bharatvarsh, TV9 Gujarati, other regional channels of the group, as well as other news channels.
Time of counting
The counting across the state is expected to begin at 8 AM. News channels and websites may go live around 7 AM. Notably, out of the 288 seats in the fray, 29 of them are reserved for SC, 25 for ST. The results will announce the fate of 4,140 candidates. The exit polls were conducted on November 20 across various channels, as soon as the polling ended on the day.
