KTM has unveiled the 1390 Super Adventure S at EICMA 2024 right after the EVO model. Its very similar to the EVO model but slots below it because a lot of the features are optional on the S which were standard on the S Evo. Here is everything you need to know about this crazy motorcycle.
Again, the 1390 Super Adventure is a road focused adventure tourer which can take the once in a bluemoon of a gravel road. That being said, it is the exactly the same motorcycle to the EVO but it gets a 6-speed manual gearbox instead of the new AMT. Engine wise, it gets a 1,350cc V-Twin engine directly lifted from the Super Duke R and it produces 173 bhp and 145 Nm of torque.
Other differences from the Evo is the tech. While it retains the 8.8-inch vertically mounted TFT Screen which is one of the largest fitted to a KTM and it controls all the new electronics, the S model looses out on the assistance features comprising of ADAS functionality over the EVO which gets them as standard, however, it is going to be an optional extra. Since this is a manual motorcycles, it will also not come to a complete stop automatically.
Other features like LED headlights, dual-channel ABS, cornering ABS, traction control, electronic stability program, and a bi-directional quick-shifter still remain standard on this motorcycle. The 1390 Super Adventure will be available to buy internationally from early next year but we are not sure if this motorcycle will make its way to India, however there are rumors that the big KTM bikes are soon coming to the Indian market.
