New Delhi: The BJP raked up a fresh attack against Aadm Aadmi Party (AAP) chief Arvind Kejriwal on Tuesday, calling him a “cheater, he splurged crores of Rupees on luxurious interiors at the chief minister’s bungalow in Delhi during his tenure in the government.
The BJP released a video showing lavish interiors inside the bungalow which it said resembled a “7-star resort”.
“You said you will not have a house but built a 7 star resort? Look at the facilities in this palace of the common man. gym, sauna room ….jacuzzi. Marble Granite Lighting of Rs 1.9 crore. Installation of civil works worth Rs 1.5 crore and gym/spa equipment and fittings of Rs 35 lakh,” the party said in the caption of the video of the bungalow.

The four-minute-long purportedly video showed modern amenities and fitting inside the Delhi chief minister’s bungalow in the posh Civil Lines area. These included a Jacuzzi hot tub, lavish interior lamps besides gym equipment at the property.
The BJP has been targeting Arvind Kejriwal, questioning the source of funding for the “luxurious” items allegedly placed at the 6 Flagstaff Road bungalow in Civil Lines, which served as the Delhi Chief Minister’s residence until his resignation earlier this year.
