New Delhi: Israel has withdrawn a map of India following intense backlash over it incorrectly depicting Jammu and Kashmir on the Jewish nation’s official website.
The map was removed after an Indian influencer raised concerns on the social media platform X. “India supports Israel, but does Israel support India? Take a look at the map of India (specifically Jammu & Kashmir) on Israel’s official website,” wrote Abhijit Chavda on X, where he has nearly 200,000 followers.
