Meanwhile, Instagram joined the celebrations with some Halloween-themed features and easter eggs. The social media giant has announced that it is rolling out several Halloween Easter eggs across the app to let you enjoy the Halloween event even digitally. Instagram’s Easter egg and spooky-themed features will be live until November 3, 2024. It all makes your conversation, stories and interactions throughout the app spooky, basically with the vibe of Halloween.

Make DMs and Notes spooky
Instagram has added secret Halloween-themed keywords which will bring fun effects while just writing phrases such as Happy Halloween or Trick-or-treat. Even if you will use emojis like 🎃, 👻, 🕷, 🕸, it will bring a spooky effect for you.
New Spooky effects and fonts
Instagram has also added new text fonts and effects in sync with the theme of Halloween. Moreover, a Halloween-themed chat theme for DMs and IG broadcast channels will help you make the chats more fun.
Add Yours Templates
In the Add Yours Templates, you will find 5 custom Halloween-themed templates which will make it fun for you and your friends while keeping the Halloween vibe alive. It will be available in the “Happy Halloween” of the new Add Yours Template in the stories.
