New Delhi: A homestay owner in Nainital recently recounted a shocking experience with guests from the Delhi-NCR region. In a video posted on Instagram by the official account of Nature View Villa, a vacation home in Nainital, the owner revealed the aftermath of the guests’ stay. The video captured the disarray they left behind, including shattered glass, alcohol bottles, cigarette butts, plates with uneaten food, a broken TV, and damaged bed linens. According to the owner, the group departed without notifying the staff and refused to compensate for the damage caused.
Nature View Villa shared the video on Instagram and wrote, “Fellow homestay owners, have you had similar experiences with your guests?”
