A former professor at MBPG College Haldwani, is well-known for his work in organ donation, environmental protection, and social service. Distressed that the electric crematorium in Ranibagh was not being utilized for last rites despite its construction, he took a dramatic step. To draw attention to this issue, he decorated a bier, laid down on it, and made an emotional appeal to the public to use the electric crematorium instead of burning bodies, emphasizing the importance of this environmentally friendly practice.
