Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology is rapidly gaining popularity, particularly among the youth. Recognizing this trend, the Indian government has launched a new initiative called AI for India 2.0. On World Youth Skills Day, Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan inaugurated this program, which offers AI training in various Indian languages without any fees.
NCVET and IIT Madras approves these programs
This online training program, approved by NCVET and IIT Madras, aims to break the language barrier in technical education. Minister Pradhan emphasized the need for technology courses in Indian languages to empower the youth, especially those in rural areas, and foster their skill development. The AI for India 2.0 program will enable the country’s youth to learn AI technology and stay at the forefront of technological advancements.
