In the USA, there are most states where Indian drivers can operate rented cars with their Indian driving licences for up to one year. Your license must be valid and in English. You must also have your I-94 form showing the date you entered the USA.
New Zealand
New Zealand allows Indian driving licences, which are valid for one year from entry into the country. One can drive legally with an Indian driving licence. To drive, you must be at least 21 years old. Your driving license must be in English, or you must bring an authorised translated copy from the New Zealand Transport Agency.
Australia
