Srinagar: An earthquake measuring 4.9 magnitude on the Richter Scale struck parts of Jammu and Kashmir on Tuesday morning. The quake hit the Baramulla district of J&K at around 6.45 am, according to the National Center for Seismology. Strong tremors were felt across the Valley.
