New Delhi: The Festival of Light is just around the corner, but as you are confused the world is too, when is Diwali? Is it on 31st October or 1st November? Many people including the ones who are dedicated to spirituality and devotion are confused about the date as everyone is celebrating it on two different dates and considering various muhurata.
A few days ago, Kashi Vidvat Parishad in Varanasi, UP claimed that Diwali is on 31 October. Whereas, Ganeshwar Shastri Dravid ji and many other scholars of Kashi had said that the date of Diwali is 1 November.
