AIIMS doctor death
On August 18, a doctor at AIIMS Delhi was found dead. In this case too, the police had said that the reason for death was suicide. Investigations revealed that the 34-year-old neurosurgeon had probably died of an overdose.
The deceased was identified as Raj Ghonia, a resident of Rajkot in Gujarat.During investigations, police recovered used vials of medicines and syringes from his home in Gautam Nagar. In his suicide note, the doctor did not blame anyone for his death. The police had been alerted of this death too, in a similar manner, like the New Ashok Nagar case, a PCR call. So far there are no leads on why the neurosurgeon decided to take the extreme step.
