New Delhi: The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) will conduct the Non Technical Popular Categories (NTPC) selection process in three stage- CBT stage one, CBT stage two, typing skill test/Computer Based Aptitude test. The NTPC registration has concluded, the exam dates will be announced soon. The candidates who are preparing for NTPC exams, can expect the exam to be held in December.
Failed in RRB NTPC Stage One; What next?
The NTPC CBT stage one is likely to be held in December, the qualified candidates in CBT stage one will be eligible to appear for tier two followed by typing skill test/Computer Based Aptitude test. The candidates who are not able to clear the stage one could not appear for tier 2 and they have to wait for the NTPC exam to be held next.
RRB NTPC paper pattern
Both the RRB NTPC CBT stage one and two are computer based tests (CBT). The RRB NTPC CBT stage one consists of 100 questions, the paper contains questions from Mathematics, General Intelligence and Reasoning, General Awareness. There are 30 questions from Maths, General Intelligence and Reasoning- 30 questions, General Awareness- 40 questions.
The RRB NTPC paper two will have 120 questions; 35 questions in Mathematics, General Intelligence and Reasoning- 35 questions, General Awareness- 50 questions.
At the typing skill test, the candidates have to type 30 words per minute (WPM) in English or 25 WPM in Hindi without spell check facility.
How to download RRB NTPC admit card?
RRB NTPC admit card will be released a week before the exam. To download NTPC hall ticket, candidates need to visit the official website- www.rrbapply.gov.in. Click on NTPC hall ticket link and enter log-in credentials- application number, date of birth. RRB NTPC hall ticket pdf will appear on the screen for download. Save NTPC admit card pdf and take a hard copy out of it.
