New Delhi: A Chinese woman ranted about Indian food to a YouTuber from Haryana. But he assured her that her opinion of the cuisine would change and took her out for lunch. As expected, the Chinese woman fell in love with the desi meal and relished it. The video of the incident is making rounds on social media.
Passenger Paramvir, an Indian vlogger, was seen chitchatting with a Chinese woman about food. The YouTuber told viewers that he told her that Chinese food isn’t good. In response, the woman told him that she disliked Indian food too. Further, she showed him TikTok videos that featured unhygienic street food scenarios. However, the YouTuber assured her that it wasn’t the case.

“Trust me you won’t find any of this on the street. I don’t know where they get these clips from or where do they find these people. It’s very uncommon, I have never seen that happen with my own eyes,” said the man. The woman responded, “The videos that I have seen on media show me that India food is very dirty.” Soon after, the YouTuber took the Chinese woman to an Indian restaurant.
They ordered shahi paneer, dal makhani, and naan. The later part of the clip showed the woman devouring the food and calling it “yummy”. The clip garnered varied comments on social media. Many lauded the YouTuber for taking the criticisms well and for making an effort to change them. They cheered him in the comments section.
