New Delhi: Bibek Debroy, an Indian economist, passed away on November 1. He served as the chairman of the Economic Advisory Council to the Prime Minister. Bibek Debroy has made important contributions to many fields, including game theory, economic theory, income and social inequalities, poverty, law reforms, railway reforms, and Indology.

Mahabharata: Bibek Debroy has translated the full version of the Mahabharata into English. It is a series of 10 volumes.
