However, you will have to find out if your device is eligible for this free repair service program. Here’s how.

To check that, first, you will need to know the serial number of your iPhone 14 Plus.
- You will have to go to your Settings app and tap General.
- Now click on the About section at the end.
- Here, you will find the serial number
- Simply touch and hold to copy the number

Once you confirm that your iPhone 14 Plus device is eligible for the free-of-cost repair program, then you will have to let it be examined by an Apple Retail Store or an Apple Authorized Service Provider. Find one of these and make an appointment.
It is advised to back up your iPhone data before sending it for the service.
iPhone 14 Plus With Other Issues
It must be noted that the free repair program is only applicable for selected devices with the pertaining issues of rear camera function with the iPhone 14 Plus. If your device has any other issues such as cracked glass or broken display which may need to be resolved before the rear camera repair, then know it will be charged separately.
Apple also mentioned that “The program covers eligible iPhone 14 Plus for three years after the first retail sale of the unit.”
