Ingredients:
- Assorted seasonal vegetables (pumpkin, brinjal, potatoes, carrots, beans, etc.)

- Cumin seeds, asafoetida, green chillies, ginger, turmeric powder, red chilli powder
- Coriander powder, garam masala, and salt
- Fresh coriander for garnish
