New Delhi: Actor Salman Khan has resumed shooting for the ongoing reality show, Bigg Boss 18, as danger looms over him. He is shooting for the Bigg Boss 18: Weekend Ka Vaar episodes amid heavy and tight security. The actor has also received a fresh death threat from the Lawrence Bishnoi gang and has demanded Rs 5 crore to end enmity. According to a source, everyone’s ID is being checked on the set of the show and nobody is allowed to stay.
On Friday, October 18, Mumbai police received an anonymous message on Mumbai Traffic Police’s WhatsApp number demanding Rs 5 crore to settle the rivalry and end enmity with the Bigg Boss 18 host. The message also warned that if Salman Khan failed, the consequences would be worse than the sensational killing of the NCP leader, Baba Siddique.
The message read, “If Salman Khan wants to stay alive and wants to end the enmity with Lawrence Bishnoi, then he will have to pay Rs 5 crore. Do not take this lightly, otherwise, Salman Khan’s condition will be worse than Baba Siddique.”
Salman Khan receives Y+ security
As the threat looms over Salman Khan, security around him and his family members has increased. He has been assigned Y+ category security along with armed security personnel accompanying him all the time. He is also being protected by a highly skilled constable, who can handle all kinds of weapons. The skilled official will be with Salman Khan whenever he steps out for shoots. Police have also installed AI-enabled high-resolution CCTV cameras equipped with facial recognition technology.
