New Delhi: An Air India flight en route to Delhi made an emergency landing in Bengaluru on January 5 (Sunday) after one of its engines failed mid-flight due to a technical issue, sources said. No injuries have been reported.
“One of the engines of the flight (A320) shut down, which forced the aircraft to make an emergency landing. The flight landed under full emergency conditions. All passengers on board are safe,” a source told Moneycontrol reported quoting sources.
Air India could not be reached for immediate comment.
