Ahmedabad: The Ahmedabad city on Thursday started on a warm note with the temperature
touching 28 degree celcius in the morning. The meteorological department has predicted a minimum and maximum temperature of 27.4 and 34.2 degrees celcius respectively. The city is currently witnessing a relative humidity of 82 per cent and the wind speed is 18 km/h.
The local residents are expected to plan their outing accordingly with temperature and humidity levels soaring making it slight a hot day.
People susceptible to heat must take special care and wear appropriate clothes as per the prevailing weather. The IMD also predicted light to moderate rain/thundershowers at many places in all the districts of Gujarat including Ahmedabad.
Elsewhere in Gujarat, The IMD has predicted a cyclonic circulation over northeast Arabian sea adjoining Gujarat between 4.5 and 5.8 km above mean sea level.

Air quality AQI in Ahmedabad
Fortunately, the Ahmedabad city on Thursday witnessed good air as the Air Quality Index (AQI) stood at 24. This means people can go out normally and indulge in physical workout without worrying about the hassle of air pollution. With the good quality air, people are more likely to plan their outdoor activities accordingly thank to good air.
