- 200g paneer cubes
- 2 tbsp hung curd
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt to taste
How to make:
- Marinate paneer cubes with hung curd, spices and lemon juice for 1 hour.
- Air fry the marinated paneer at 180°C for 10 minutes.

2. Baked beetroot and spinach kebabs
Ingredients:
- 1 cup boiled and mashed beetroot
- 1 cup spinach
- 2 tbsp roasted chickpea flour

- 1 cup oats
- 1 cup semolina

How to make:

- Pour in the steamer.
- Steam the idlis for 15 minutes on low flame.

- ½ cup jaggery syrup
