It is noteworthy that Riya Barde has been arrested by Mumbai Police on charges of staying in India illegally and obtaining Indian passport through fake documents. Police said that Riya, who is also known as “Banna Shaikh” and “Aarohi Barde”, is originally a citizen of Bangladesh. Cases have been registered against him under fraud, forgery and foreigners act.
