How to Practice Yoga (Malaika Arora’s Fitness Tips)
Start by sitting with your back straight and feet forward.
Bend your left knee, bringing the foot near the right thigh, keeping it flat on the floor.
Turn your body to the right, pressing your left shoulder towards the inside of the left knee.
While exhaling, turn your face forward, and press your left shoulder towards the inside of the left knee.
Extend the left leg to the left, rotating it inward, and then extend the left hand forward.
Move your chest forward and turn the shin to the side while exhaling, taking the left leg outside.
Inhale deeply, moving the right hand backward. If possible, hold your right wrist with your left hand.
Exhale, keeping your back straight, push the chest forward, and arch your back.
Hold this position for 30 seconds. Repeat the process on the other side.
