Indian ‘The Night Manager’ gets nominated in International Emmy Awards, Anil Kapoor expressed happiness!

The Night Manager India Receives International Emmy Nomination: Indian web series ‘The Night Manager’, starring Anil Kapoor, Aditya Roy Kapur and Sobhita Dhulipala in lead roles, has been nominated in the Drama Series category at the 2024 International Emmy Awards. The nomination was announced by the International Academy of Television Arts and Sciences in New York on Thursday. The series is based on John le Carré’s novel and the British show, which starred Tom Hiddleston, Hugh Laurie and Olivia Colman. It is directed by Sandeep Modi and Priyanka Ghose. ‘The Night Manager’ was the only Emmy nomination from India in 14 categories.

In this category, ‘The Night Manager’ will compete with French show ‘Les Goûts de Dieu’ (Drops of God), Australian show ‘The Newsreader Season 2’ and Argentina’s ‘IOC, El Espia Arrepentido Season 2’. Anil Kapoor, who plays the villain in the show, expressed his happiness over this nomination and said that this is the result of “hard work and he is very excited about it.”
